Fun fact: 🪴The plant itself is a petite one, typically staying quite short, and its flowers are a very pale, almost ethereal lavender-blue with a bright yellow eye. After its brief flowering display in the spring, it produces a multitude of tiny, globular seed capsules that are pale brown and almost perfectly round. These seeds are the key to its success, readily dispersing to colonize disturbed soil, garden edges, and especially the moist, sunny conditions of a lawn.🪴
